Baxters Healthy Choice free prize draw - Full Terms and Conditions

RUNNING PRIZE: RUN BAXTERS LOCH NESS MARATHON 2008

1. Open to UK residents over 18 only excluding employees of Promoter and their families, the Promoter's agents or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
2. This promotion will run from 9th September 2007 to 14th May 2008, which is the last date for receipt of entries.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. Entry to the free prize draw is through the www.appetiteforlife.co.uk website only.
5. The winner and guest may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this competition.
There is one main prize only
6. The main prize is:

Complimentary entry into the 2008 Baxters Loch Ness Marathon. If taking part, you will be required to comply with the terms and conditions of race entry. You will need a good level of fitness, and be in good health. The prize includes 3 nights 4* luxury accommodation from the 3rd to 5th October about 45 minutes drive from Inverness. Includes flights from London to Inverness, Car Hire & Travel Insurance. Prize is valid from 3rd to 5th October.

7. The prize winner is responsible for their travel to and from the UK airport and any additional expenses including petrol, spending money, or other personal expenses.
8. The draw will take place on 15th May 2008 and the winner will be contacted by post, telephone or email within 28 days. The winner must claim their prize within 60 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules The prize must be booked through the Promoter's nominated agents, RPM, whose details are set out above. Full details of the prize will be forwarded to the winner after the draw has been made.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to vary details of the prize, or substitute a prize of equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
10. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part. All prizes are subject to availability and in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar or alternative prizes of equal or greater value. The prize must be taken by the winner unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Promoter.
11. Images used in the promotional material are for illustrative purposes only.
12. The prize will be awarded to the first entry drawn at random by an independent judge. The decision of this judge will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Entries that are incomplete or those not in accordance with all the entry instructions are invalid. All submitted entries are the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
14. No purchase necessary.
15. By entering the free prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules. The winner's details (name and county) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to Baxters Healthy Choice Running Prize Winner Details, 24-40 Goodwin Road, London W12 9JW within 6 weeks of the closing date. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Scotland and the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
